DISCLAIMER: AFTER YOU HAVE INSTALLED YOUR HAIR AND HAVE WORN IT, YOU MAY NOT RETURN IT. THE HAIR IS INSPECTED FOR QUALITY BEFORE IT IS SENT TO YOU AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING CARE OF IT AFTER YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE. ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE NOT THE SAME AND MAY NOT REACT TO YOUR CARE REGIMEN THE SAME. THIS IS THE RISK YOU TAKE WHEN BUYING HUMAN HYGIENE PRODUCTS. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO SHOP WITH OTHER HAIR EXTENSION COMPANIES AND TO CHECK THEIR RETURN POLICES AS WELL.

Other Important Information:
When do you ship? I usually ship within 6-10 business days. [Nights/Weekends/Holidays are not included] I do not guarantee a shipment by any date. All items are handmade and this should be taken into consideration.
Can I exchange my order? Yes, you may, but I do charge 20% exchange fee since these items are mostly custom; Why? Because making these take time and money, so when you exchange, I need to re-do the whole process which is time and processing and cost :( Also, these may just sit here and I can not resell them if no one else wants what you ordered. The package must be sealed and un-opened. You will be need to ship the item back at your own expense. Shipping of the new item is included in the 20% fee. If exchanging for a totally different item, then you will need to pay the difference.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may, but I do charge a 15% cancellation fee since this is my
production time and money on materials needed for your order wasted. Please understand that this is why my estimate
is 6-10 business days, because I am only 1 person, not a robot; and when
people order, most items are custom, as I offer a lot of different
options, so I waste money and time getting the items needed to produce
your order, and this slows down production for other customers patiently waiting
to get their package. Please be considerate and do not order if you do
